| SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION AND INFORMATION
| Three scholarships are awarded from the proceeds from each
year's annual fundraiser. Criteria Information and Application
& Information Sheets for 2008 are below. All applications are
due by April 25, 2008 and should be
mailed to the SNC Mailing Address: P.O. Box 93177, Southlake, TX
76092.
